Product and Container Specifications

They are made of HDPE with 3 or 6 layers. The containers feature a maximum diameter of 125 mm and a height ranging from 70 to 300 mm below the neck ring.


Closure System and Nominal Output


The line uses a heat-sealed cap system made of aluminum and plastic. Pre-irradiated reels supply these caps. Consequently, the line reaches a nominal production capacity of 18,000 bottles per hour for 1 L formats and 20,000 bottles per hour for 500 ml formats.


External Treatment of Containers


The process treats containers externally with a sterilizing solution based on PAA at 53°C. This treatment ensures effective decontamination before the containers enter the aseptic zone. This step is essential to maintain a controlled level of initial contamination.


Innovations in Aseptic Filling and Sealing


The SERAC line uses magnetic filling valves, eliminating contact between the bottle mouth and the filling valve. Aseptic Capping System


The capping process employs a twin-tool press that cuts and embosses aluminum/plastic caps from a lubricated reel. The system sterilizes the caps with a 6.5-second UV flash before application. When the machine stops, a device lifts the UV ramp to prevent overheating. Upon restart, it resets to operational position. The press synchronizes with the filling and sealing carousel, ensuring secure and hygienic closure.
