Process: The mother tube, up to 8 meters long, is automatically loaded into the cutting unit, where it is cut to the specified length. It then automatically passes to the deburring unit, followed by the measuring unit, which rejects pieces outside of tolerance and allows the acceptable pieces to proceed to the washing and drying unit. Finally, the pieces are stored in an automatic collection system.
